Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We may ship to international destinations where shipping options are available at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays that are outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate next steps. Additional shipping costs may apply where legally permitted.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe that your shipment has been lost or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at shevchikelena1@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, photographs of the packaging and damaged item where possible. We will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate solution.
